Located in the beautiful neighborhood of Playa Langosta, this charming house is a serene retreat surrounded ny nature!
Combined with the neighboring property, this home offers an incredible opportunity to accommodate up to 17 guests in total. A gate separates the two homes to ensure added privacy and comfort for all guests. Whether you’re traveling with a group or booking just one of the homes, you’ll enjoy your own distinct, peaceful area.
The four bedrooms mean the house can sleep up to 9 people (6 in the
bedrooms and 3 in the open-plan mezzanine space).
Upstairs in the main house, you can find:
-the Master bedroom with its king bed and ensuite bathroom; and
-the mezzanine/loft (not counted officially as a bedroom because it is
open to the living room) which offers you the choice of 2 single beds or
one king bed, whichever suits your needs better, and
Downstairs, rooms 2 and 3 both have double beds and share a full
spacious bathroom.
Kitchen, living spaces, and outdoor areas:
Earth tones and wood finishes are showcased over the fully equipped kitchen, living, and dining areas. While colorful accents give a vibrant Costa Rican culture touches all over the house.
In the afternoon, after a day filled with adventures, you can relax by the pool and enjoy a nice barbecue in the outdoor rancho (equipped with a full-sized gas grill and its own fridge and sink). Don’t hesitate to pick your own limes from the lime trees (two varieties) if they’re in season.
The wraparound patio outside the main house means you can enjoy the jungle views from the sitting area. Lounge beside the pool while monkeys and birds chill in their natural habitat right beside you! Two outside showers will keep you fresh after a hot day.
Playa Langosta neighborhood is a calm residential area situated in a culc-de-sac. The house is about 6′ walk to the Langosta Beach and its beautiful estuary on the Pacific Ocean. There is a small local supermarket, two delicious pizza restaurants, ( El Sapo & Fish & Cheese) a great sports bar (Langosta Bar & Grill) and a golf cart and bycicle rental place.
Tamarindo and its busy day and night life is only a short walk away (10/ walk along the beach or along the road,5′ cycling) Tamarindo offers anything you need: supermarkets, banks,pharmacy,yoga,night market,farmers market,skatepark,beauty salon.
