The Space:

Located in the beautiful Playa Langosta neighborhood, La Casita is a serene retreat where modern design meets nature’s tranquility. The centerpiece is a stunning spiral staircase that gracefully winds through the heart of the home. This unique architectural feature creates a cozy and striking focal point, adding both style and elegance to the space.

This impressive home offers an open-concept layout, clean lines, and sleek interiors, surrounded by lush gardens and a beautiful rancho. The house features large windows that let in natural light and offer stunning views of the meticulously landscaped gardens, creating a tranquil atmosphere ideal for relaxation.

The ground floor is open-concept and includes a bright, unique living room, a half-bath, kitchen, dining area, laundry, a guest bathroom, and two large bedrooms with private bathrooms, ample closets, and direct access to the porch and patio. Each bedroom has two twin beds that can be converted into a king-size bed.

The first floor features two bedrooms with private bathrooms and spacious closets. Both bedrooms have king-size beds and access to a large balcony overlooking the entire garden.

Prepare a delicious drink or meal in the spacious, fully equipped kitchen while admiring birds and butterflies through floor-to-ceiling windows in the dining area. The sunken living room includes two comfortable sectionals and a Smart TV.

The dining area seats at least eight guests. You can also choose to dine outdoors at the six- or eight-seat table in the rancho, under the handmade palapa.

Enjoy the tropical plants surrounding the private pool, perfect for lounging and socializing.

Combined with the neighboring property, this accommodation offers an incredible opportunity to host up to 17 guests in total. Whether planning a family reunion, a getaway with friends, or an unforgettable event, this is the ideal place to create lasting memories.

The house also offers surfboards, bodyboards, and some bicycles upon request and with a deposit.

The Playa Langosta neighborhood is a quiet residential area located on a dead-end street. The house is about a 6-minute walk from Langosta Beach and its beautiful estuary on the Pacific Ocean. There’s a small local supermarket, two delicious pizzerias (El Sapo & Fish & Cheese), a great sports bar (Langosta Bar & Grill), and a golf cart and bicycle rental spot.

Tamarindo and its bustling daytime and nightlife are just a short distance away (10-minute walk along the beach or road, 5-minute bike ride). Tamarindo offers everything you need: supermarkets, banks, pharmacies, yoga, night market, farmers’ market, skatepark, and beauty salon.

Surfing and Bodyboarding

Langosta is a great spot for bodyboarding, and Tamarindo is one of the best places for surfing. For beginners, the beach called Capitan Suizo is absolutely perfect.
