This is a professionally managed beachfront condo located in a tropical coastal environment. While every effort is made to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and maintenance, guests should understand that natural conditions such as humidity, insects, and ocean-related elements are part of staying in Costa Rica.

The property is inspected and cleaned before each arrival. If any issue is identified during your stay, we kindly ask guests to report it immediately so it can be addressed as quickly as possible. We are unable to consider claims for issues reported after check-out that were not communicated during the stay, as we rely on the opportunity to resolve matters in real time.

All amenities and appliances are checked prior to guest arrival. In the unlikely event of a malfunction, we will promptly coordinate repair or replacement as appropriate. However, refunds or compensation are not issued for minor inconveniences, temporary issues, or circumstances beyond our direct control, including but not limited to power outages, internet interruptions, or community/HOA maintenance.

The property is located in a residential beachfront building, and guests are expected to respect common areas and community rules. Any damage caused during the stay will be assessed and may be reported through Airbnb’s resolution process if necessary.
